REFUNDS POLICY

In order to return any products sold through the website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  1. Products should be unused.

  2. Please notify Bee Ville of receipt of product within 48 hours of receipt of courier/goods.

  3. If bottles are damaged - photographic evidence should be shared. 

  4. Bee Ville  shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

  5. Products should be returned intact, appropriately packaged along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

  6. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

Refunds:
 

100% refund only for damaged and un-opened bottles. Just mail or whatsapp us about the problem and we will get it picked up and money refunded within a week's time.
